Your audience already asks you how to recognise their people.
If you advise HR leaders, write for a People audience, or run a network of founders and operators, you are already having the recognition conversation. The Mojo Gift partner programme pays you for the introductions you are making for free — with commission on every company that signs a programme through you.

Recognition is the recommendation you already make — and the only one you have never been paid for.
HR consultants, People-ops advisors, employer-brand agencies, EOR and PEO providers, and the writers who serve that audience all end up in the same conversation: a company knows its recognition is broken, and asks what to use instead. Most of those introductions happen for free, and the person who made them never hears how it went. The Mojo Gift partner programme exists to change both halves of that.
Experience gifting is an unusually easy thing to recommend. It is not a product your contact has to be talked into — the objection to recognition programmes is almost never "we don't want to recognise people", it is "the last platform we bought went unused". A gift the receiver chooses themselves, in their own city, with no expiry date, answers that objection directly. That is why introductions convert at all: the product argues for itself once someone actually sees it.
The programme is deliberately built for people whose credibility is the asset. There is no pressure to publish spammy comparison content, no requirement to hit a monthly volume, and no exclusivity clause that stops you recommending something else when it fits better. You introduce the companies where a Mojo Gift programme is genuinely the right answer, and you are paid when one signs.
What you get on day one: a partner link and tracking so introductions are attributed to you correctly, a creative kit with visuals and copy you can adapt for newsletters, posts, or client decks, and a named contact who tells you what happened to every company you sent. Commission terms are agreed individually when your application is approved — they depend on programme size and whether you are introducing one company or running an ongoing channel.
How the partner programme works
Three steps, no platform to learn, no volume commitment.
Apply and tell us about your audience
Tell us who you reach — client base, newsletter, community, or advisory practice — and how recognition already comes up in that relationship. Our team reviews applications individually rather than auto-approving, because the programme only works when the fit is real. You will hear back within two business days.
Introduce the companies where it fits
You get a tracked partner link, a creative kit with visuals and adaptable copy, and access to the same material our own team uses in client conversations. Use it in a newsletter, a client deck, a post, or a direct introduction — whatever suits how you actually work. No content quotas, no mandated posting schedule.
Get paid when a programme signs
Commission is paid on companies that sign a Mojo Moment Programme through your introduction, on terms agreed when your application is approved. You also get told what happened to every introduction — whether it signed, stalled, or went elsewhere — which is the part most partner programmes never bother with.
Who this works for
The programme is built for people whose recommendation carries weight.
HR and People-ops consultants
You are already rebuilding recognition programmes for clients and choosing the tooling that sits underneath them. Introducing a platform you would have specified anyway turns an existing part of your engagement into a second revenue line — without changing your advice.
EOR, PEO, and global employment providers
Your clients hire across borders and immediately hit the problem that their recognition budget only works in the headquarters country. A programme covering 190 countries with locally relevant options solves a question you are already being asked, and one you currently have no good answer to.
Employer brand and internal comms agencies
Recognition is where employer-brand strategy either becomes visible to employees or quietly does not. Partnering gives you a delivery mechanism for the culture work you are already selling, rather than handing the execution to a platform you had no say in.
Writers, creators, and communities serving HR
If you publish for People leaders, founders, or operators, recognition is evergreen subject matter with year-round demand rather than a seasonal spike. The creative kit gives you accurate material to work from, and there is no obligation to publish on any schedule.
What makes Mojo Gift different from every other corporate gifting platform

Alone, or with up to 4 people
Any product, delivered to their door
No expiry. Ever.
Price never shown to the recipient
190 countries. The world is the catalogue.
Questions you're probably asking
What commission does the partner programme pay?
Commission terms are agreed individually when your application is approved, because they depend on programme size and on whether you are making a one-off introduction or running an ongoing channel. We do not publish a single headline rate, since a number that fits a newsletter partner rarely fits a consultancy embedding us across a client base. You will have the terms in writing before you introduce anyone.
What exactly gets me paid — a click, a demo, or a signature?
A signed programme. Clicks and demo bookings are tracked so you can see the pipeline you created, but commission is paid when a company you introduced signs a Mojo Moment Programme. That keeps the incentive pointed at genuine fit rather than volume of traffic.
Do I need an audience of a particular size?
No. Applications are reviewed on fit rather than reach. An independent HR consultant with fifteen client relationships is frequently a better partner than a large general-interest audience, because the recognition conversation is already happening in that relationship. Tell us who you reach and how the subject comes up.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. You can recommend other platforms whenever they fit a client better. An exclusivity clause would compromise the independence that makes your recommendation worth anything, which would defeat the purpose of the programme for both of us.
What materials do I get?
A tracked partner link, a creative kit with visuals and adaptable copy for newsletters, posts, and client decks, and access to the same product material our team uses in client conversations. If you need something specific for a particular audience, your named contact can usually produce it.
Can I refer companies outside my own country?
Yes. Mojo Gift operates in 190 countries and programmes routinely cover employees across many markets at once, so there is no geographic restriction on who you can introduce. Cross-border teams are frequently the strongest fit, because that is exactly where conventional recognition budgets break down.
Get paid for the introduction you were making anyway.
Tell us about your audience and how recognition comes up in it. Applications are reviewed individually and answered within two business days.
