Welcome to Mojo Gift, a managed employee recognition platform built around experience rewards that recipients choose. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Mojo Gift provides a managed employee recognition platform through which employers fund experience rewards that employees choose, and a digital platform for purchasing, gifting and redeeming experience gift cards. Our service includes:

• A catalogue of experiences and products in more than 190 countries, with a concierge service for requests outside the catalogue
• Digital gift card purchasing and delivery
• Memory journal and experience tracking
• Employee recognition programmes for employers, including milestone tracking, scheduled delivery and reporting

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

Purchase terms

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Mojo gift cards do not expire; they can be used until the full value is redeemed
• Experience availability is subject to provider terms
• Additional fees may apply for certain experiences

Redemption

• Recipients must create an account to redeem gift cards
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Cancellation policies vary by experience provider
• Age restrictions may apply to certain experiences

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the service’s security features
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mojo Gift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Mojo Gift disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mojo Gift and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
