For professional services firms

Recognition that fits a firm run on utilisation and promotion rounds

Consultancies, law firms, accountancies and agencies recognise people in bursts: the promotion round, the project that closed, the busy season that ended, the ten-year mark. Mojo Gift runs those moments as a managed programme, so partners do not pick gifts, HR does not run a platform, and a person at a client site gets the same moment as one at head office.

The firm's problem

Why recognition in a firm ends up as a line in the bonus letter

Nobody owns the moment. The promotion round lands in a letter, the project close in an email from the engagement lead, the anniversary in a calendar reminder nobody actions. The people who should notice are billing.

The people are not in one place. Half the firm sits at client sites, in other offices, in other countries. A gift that needs a desk to land on misses them.

Points platforms do not fit. A daily peer-to-peer app assumes people are in the same tool all day. Firms are not. A points balance with an expiry is one more thing to remember.

Finance asks about tax. A reward for performance is not a trivial benefit in the UK whatever it costs, so most firms cover it through a PAYE Settlement Agreement, and the record has to exist.

Mojo Gift runs the moments a firm actually has. You send four fields per person; the Occasions Engine flags promotions, anniversaries and the dates you add; a concierge delivers each gift by email with a personal message; the recipient chooses an experience or a product; and every gift carries the documentation payroll needs. Client and partner appreciation runs on the same programme.

How Mojo runs recognition for a firm

Agreed once with HR and Finance. Then it runs.

01

Map the firm's moments

Promotion rounds, project closes, busy-season thank-yous, service anniversaries, and the client moments you want covered. A value per occasion, agreed with Finance so payroll knows the treatment in advance.

02

Each person receives their own moment

On the date, a gift arrives by email with a personal message, at head office, at a client site or in another country. No desk needed, no account, no app.

03

They choose, a concierge arranges it

A dinner, a weekend, a course, a product delivered home, alone or with up to four people. The value is never shown. Payroll gets one clean record per gift.

Why firms choose Mojo

Built for people who are measured by the hour and recognised too rarely.

Partners do not pick gifts

The programme runs from the roster and the dates. The engagement lead adds a line of their own if they want to; nothing else is asked of them.

Promotion rounds handled as one send

Every promotion of the round recognised on the same morning with the right value for the new grade, wherever the person sits.

Documentation Finance accepts

Each gift carries its value, occasion and recipient, formatted for payroll, so a reward for performance goes into the PAYE Settlement Agreement without anyone chasing.

Clients and partners on the same programme

Contract renewals and long partnerships acknowledged with the same concierge delivery, on the same invoice.

What makes Mojo different for a firm

Moments, delivered by a person, not points in an app.

The employee decides

Not a catalogue chosen by HR and not a points balance. Their experience, their place, their people.
No other provider does this

A human concierge

A person books the dinner or the weekend and looks after the details, in English or 49 other languages.

No expiry. Ever.

A gift should not become worthless in March. Redeem it when the right moment comes.
Industry-first

Documentation in every country

Each gift carries the record payroll needs, in 190+ countries, exported in one file from the Culture Dashboard.

Recognition for professional services firms, answered

Is a promotion gift taxable?

In the UK a gift that rewards the employee's work or performance is not a trivial benefit, whatever it costs, so firms usually cover such rewards through a PAYE Settlement Agreement. Every Mojo gift carries the documentation payroll needs, in the UK and in 190+ other countries. Your payroll provider or accountant decides the treatment; this is general information, not tax advice.

Do partners or managers have to log in?

No. There is no platform for managers to learn and no portal for employees. The programme runs from the roster; a manager can add a personal line to a gift by email if they want to.

Can it cover client gifts as well?

Yes. Client and partner appreciation runs on the same programme and the same invoice, with the same concierge delivery. See the client and partner gifts page.

What does it cost?

€25 per Mojo Moment per year, from 50 Moments (€1,250 a year); £25 for UK-billed programmes, invoiced in EUR, GBP or USD. Gift value is funded on top at face value with no fee.

How much data do you need?

Four fields per person: name, occasion type, date and work email, by spreadsheet. No salary data, no performance reviews. Data is held under a signed DPA and processed in line with GDPR.
