Recognition that lands the same way in Lisbon, Toronto and Singapore
When your people sit in ten countries, every gift you ship is a gamble on customs, every voucher converts to a different purchasing power, and every tax rule is different. Mojo Gift runs recognition for distributed teams as a managed programme: delivered by email, chosen locally, documented for each country's payroll, with a concierge in every time zone.

Why recognition fails the moment a team crosses a border
Shipping. A parcel to the head office is a parcel. A parcel to twelve countries is customs forms, duties, delays and the one that never arrives. Remote colleagues notice when the office got theirs first.
Value. A fixed amount buys a dinner in one city and a sandwich in another. A gift that feels generous at headquarters can feel like an afterthought abroad, or the reverse.
Tax. In the UK a small non-cash gift can be a trivial benefit; in the US the same gift card is taxable wages. Every EU state draws its own line. A programme that ignores that is a payroll problem in January, in every country at once.
Time. A concierge that works office hours in one country is closed for half your team.
Mojo Gift was built for exactly this. Recognition is sent to an email address, so nothing ships. Each recipient sees a catalogue of experiences available where they live, in their language. Every gift carries the tax record for its country, exported in one file. The concierge is available 24/7 in every time zone, and setup completes within 48 hours with the first delivery inside seven days.
How Mojo runs recognition for a distributed team
One list, every country, every milestone.
One roster, every country
Upload your team list by CSV or scheduled transfer: name, team, start date, the occasions you recognise. No salary data, no performance records. The Occasions Engine queues every milestone in every country at once.
Delivered by email, in their language
Each gift goes to an email address at the time you set, presented individually with your message, in the recipient's language. No postal address, no customs, no shipping window.
Chosen locally, documented locally
The recipient picks from experiences and products available where they live, and a 24/7 concierge arranges it. Finance gets the tax record for that country and one invoice across all of them.
Why distributed teams choose Mojo
Built for the company whose people are not in one building.
The office and the remote colleague get the same moment
Everyone opens their gift at the same time, on the same day, wherever they are. Nobody waits for a parcel while the head office celebrates.
Local value, not a converted number
Each person chooses from what is available and worth having where they live. The recipient never sees the amount, so the comparison never happens.
Finance signs off once, for every country
Every gift carries its local tax documentation, exported in one file from the Culture Dashboard, with one invoice per billing cycle across all countries. You are never charged for an unredeemed gift.
No platform to roll out across time zones
There is no app for employees and no portal for managers. A link by email, a concierge, and a dashboard for HR.
What makes Mojo different for distributed teams
Built around the person receiving the gift, wherever they are.
The employee decides
A human concierge
No expiry. Ever.
Documentation in every country
Recognition for distributed teams, answered
Do our people need an account or an app?
No. Each gift arrives as a personal link by email or messaging app, in the recipient's language. They choose, and the concierge arranges it.
How do you handle different tax rules?
Every gift carries the tax documentation for the recipient's country, generated at issuance, with an audit trail of recipient, value, occasion, country and date. Finance exports it in one file. Your payroll provider or accountant decides the treatment; this is general information, not tax advice.
What if the catalogue is thin in one country?
The concierge sources it. A recipient can ask for a specific experience or product, and a person arranges it.
What does it cost?
€25 per Mojo Moment per year, from 50 Moments (€1,250 a year); £25 for UK-billed programmes, invoiced in EUR, GBP or USD. Gift value is funded on top at face value with no fee. One-off campaigns are priced per 250 Moments.
How fast can we be live?
Setup completes within 48 hours and the first delivery goes out within seven days of go-live, or month one is free.
Where is our data held?
Four fields per person: name, occasion type, date and work email. Data is held under a signed DPA and processed in line with GDPR.
