For life sciences and research organisations

Recognition across labs, sites and countries, with the paperwork done

Pharma, CROs, diagnostics and research publishers recognise people who are spread across sites, shifts and countries, inside organisations where Finance and Compliance ask about every gift. Mojo Gift runs recognition for them as a managed programme: delivered by email to every site at once, chosen by each person, with an audit trail and tax documentation for each country, and no new system for IT to review.

Why recognition is hardest where the work matters most

People are on sites, not at desks. Lab, plant, clinical and field teams are not in the same tool all day, and a parcel to the site office reaches the manager, not the person.

Milestones are long and real. Ten and twenty years of service are common. A study closed, a submission filed, an audit passed: moments a plaque does not carry.

Every gift is a question. Compliance asks who received what, when and why. Finance asks how it is taxed in each country. A gift without a record is a problem later.

New systems take months. A recognition platform is another vendor review, another SSO request, another data-protection assessment.

Mojo Gift needs four fields per person, held under a signed DPA and processed in line with GDPR, and no system access. Every gift is logged with recipient, value, occasion, country and delivery date, generated at issuance, and carries the tax record for its country. Gifts arrive by email at the time you set, to every site at once, and each person chooses an experience or a product where they live.

How Mojo runs recognition across sites and countries

One roster. One record per gift. Nothing to install.

01

One roster, agreed with Compliance

A spreadsheet with four fields per person, under a signed DPA. Values per occasion agreed with Finance, so the treatment in each country is known before the first gift.

02

Delivered by email to every site at once

On the date, each person receives their own gift with a personal message, on a shift, on a site, in another country. No account, no app, nothing shipped.

03

Chosen by the person, logged for the organisation

The recipient picks an experience or a product available where they live and a concierge arranges it. Every gift is logged with recipient, value, occasion, country and date, and carries its tax record.

Why life sciences organisations choose Mojo

Built for the company that has to answer for every gift.

An audit trail on every gift

Recipient, value, occasion type, country and delivery date, generated at issuance, exported in one file from the Culture Dashboard.

No vendor review for a platform

No employee portal, no manager app, no SSO. Four data fields by spreadsheet, a signed DPA, and a person who delivers.

Long service that means something

Twenty years marked with an experience the person chose, inside the local exemption where one exists, instead of a catalogue voucher.

The same moment on every site

Head office, the plant and the field team open their gift at the same time, in their language, wherever they are.

What makes Mojo different for a regulated organisation

A person delivers it; a record follows it.

The employee decides

Not a catalogue chosen by HR and not a points balance. Their experience, their place, their people.
No other provider does this

A human concierge

A person books the dinner or the weekend and looks after the details, in English or 49 other languages.

No expiry. Ever.

A gift should not become worthless in March. Redeem it when the right moment comes.
Industry-first

Documentation in every country

Each gift carries the record payroll needs, in 190+ countries, exported in one file from the Culture Dashboard.

Recognition in life sciences, answered

What data do you need, and where is it held?

Four fields per person: name, occasion type, date and work email, sent as a spreadsheet. No salary data, no performance records, no system access. Data is held under a signed DPA and processed in line with GDPR.

Can Compliance see who received what?

Yes. Every gift is logged with recipient, value, occasion type, country and delivery date, generated at issuance, and the whole record exports in one file.

How is a gift taxed in each country?

Every gift carries the tax documentation for the recipient's country, formatted for local payroll. The rules differ: in the UK a small non-cash gift can be a trivial benefit, in the US a gift card is taxable wages, and each EU state draws its own line. Your payroll provider or accountant decides the treatment; this is general information, not tax advice.

Do people on sites or shifts need email?

A gift arrives by email or messaging link, so the person needs an inbox or a messaging app, not a company account or a desk.

What does it cost?

€25 per Mojo Moment per year, from 50 Moments (€1,250 a year); £25 for UK-billed programmes, invoiced in EUR, GBP or USD. Gift value is funded on top at face value with no fee.
