We're not asking you to trust us. We're making sure you don't have to.
Every recognition vendor promises results. We put three specific commitments in writing with real financial consequences if we miss. You start risk-free. We earn your trust through delivery — not through a sales pitch.

You've been burned by recognition platforms before. We know.
The last platform promised adoption. Six managers logged in once. The one before that had a great dashboard and £15 coffee vouchers nobody in your Singapore office could use. You've paid for platforms that became shelfware. You've been asked to trust vendors who didn't earn it.
Every B2B SaaS company says they're different. Most aren't. Most ask you to sign a contract, pay a platform fee, and hope the results materialise — with no financial accountability if they don't. Your team takes the risk. They take the money. The relationship is structurally one-sided from day one.
Harvard Business Review research shows risk reduction is the single most important decision factor for B2B buyers evaluating new vendors. We made a different choice. Three specific commitments, with real financial consequences attached — not promises in a pitch deck, but written guarantees you can test us on from day one.
The shift toward outcome-based vendor relationships is accelerating in HR technology. Gartner research on recognition technology shows that 67% of HR buyers now cite vendor accountability as a primary evaluation criterion — up from 34% five years ago. The era of paying for access to a platform and hoping results materialise is ending. Buyers expect vendors to share the risk of delivery.
Mojo Gift's three guarantees are a direct response to this shift. They exist not because we are confident we will never make a mistake — we are human and we operate in complex logistics environments across 190 countries. They exist because when something goes wrong, the remedy should be immediate and unambiguous. Harvard Business Review research on B2B value shows that the most durable vendor relationships are built on trust created through consistent delivery, not through contract terms that make it difficult to leave. Our guarantees are the foundation of that trust.
There is a second reason the guarantees exist beyond risk mitigation. They force us to design a programme that actually delivers — because if it doesn't, we pay. Every internal decision about how to build the Occasions Engine, how to staff the concierge team, and how to structure the Culture Dashboard was made with the knowledge that our three guarantees were on the line. McKinsey research on organisational performance consistently shows that the highest-performing vendor relationships are those where supplier accountability is structurally embedded — not promised in a pitch and forgotten after contract signature. Our guarantees are that structural embedding.
Three commitments we back with our own money
Not promises. Guarantees. Each one has a specific financial consequence if we miss.
Concierge Promise — every delivery, exactly to brief
Every recognition moment is executed exactly as briefed — right message, right presentation, right timing. If our delivery falls short on any dimension, we redo it completely at our cost. No questions. No caveats designed to limit our liability. No negotiation about whose definition of "short" applies.
Same-Day First Moment — or your first month is free
Your first recognition is delivered same day we go live. If it takes longer than 7 days, your first month is credited automatically — no claim required from you. We don't ask you to wait to see value. Value is felt immediately, or you don't pay for the period it wasn't.
90-Day Satisfaction — or a full extra quarter, free
If after 90 days your People team isn't satisfied, we extend the programme by one full quarter at zero cost. Not a discount. Not a partial refund. A complete quarter of the full managed service — on us — until we've proved the programme works for your team.
What these guarantees actually mean for your buying decision
The fastest way to build trust is to remove every reason not to try.
Your Finance team has a documented risk position
Three written guarantees remove the internal objections that slow down vendor decisions. You're not asking anyone to take a leap of faith. You're presenting a risk-free trial with specific financial accountability attached to every commitment. That's a fundamentally different conversation with procurement.
We only make money when you're getting value
Our business model doesn't work if you churn. The guarantees exist because our incentives are aligned with your results — not with signing contracts and hoping you don't notice when adoption numbers come in low three months later.
No expiry means we don't profit from unused recognition
Every competitor in this category counts on unused balances expiring. When credits expire, they keep the money. Mojo Gift credits never expire — not 12 months, not 24, never. We make nothing from a gift your employee never got to use. That's a values decision, not a pricing strategy.
The commitments are in the contract — not just the deck
Every guarantee above is documented in your service agreement as a contractual commitment with specific remedies — not as aspirational language. You can test us on all three from week one. The fastest way to build trust is to do exactly what we said and keep doing it.

Questions you're probably asking
What happens if a gift delivery doesn't meet the brief?
We redo it — completely, at our cost. The Concierge Promise means every delivery is executed to brief. If any element falls short, we fix it without discussion about definitions or liability clauses. You don't pay twice. We don't argue about whose standard applies. The brief was clear. We meet it.
What counts as 'same day' under the first moment guarantee?
Same day means the recipient receives their Mojo Gift delivery on the day we go live with your programme. If it takes longer than 7 calendar days from the agreed go-live date, your first month of the programme is credited automatically. No claim required from you — we track this ourselves and apply the credit proactively.
What if my team isn't satisfied after 90 days?
We extend the programme by one full quarter at no charge. Not a discount on renewal, not a partial refund — a complete quarter of the full managed service, including Occasions Engine, Concierge Delivery, Culture Dashboard, and Global Compliance Shield, at zero cost. You tell us what isn't working. We fix it and run another quarter to prove the fix.
Do the recipient experience credits really never expire?
Never. Not 12 months. Not 24 months. Not subject to standard terms. A Mojo Gift credit is valid permanently. Recipients use theirs when the right moment arrives — this year, next year, whenever life presents the right occasion. This policy exists for one reason: we don't want to make money from recognition your employees never got to enjoy.
What if we want to cancel the programme after the 90-day satisfaction period?
You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day period. There are no lock-in clauses beyond the initial commitment, no cancellation penalties, and no obligation to use minimum credit volumes. Unused platform credits are refunded in full. We structure the contract this way deliberately — if you want to leave, we want to understand why and fix it, not retain you through contractual friction.
How do the guarantees apply to multi-country programmes?
All three guarantees apply globally. The Same-Day First Moment guarantee applies to the first delivery in your primary country and to every country in your programme. The Concierge Promise applies in all 190 countries we serve. The 90-Day Satisfaction guarantee covers the full programme — not just the UK or primary market rollout. If any component in any market isn't performing, the guarantee applies.
Zero risk. Three written guarantees. One conversation to start.
