1. Important information
Mojo Gift offers a 30-day refund policy for unused gift cards. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that used gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Your full name and email address
- The order number for the gift card purchase
- The reason for requesting a refund
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and process the refund if it is approved. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
To ensure that the refund process goes smoothly, please note the following:
Refunds will always be made to the person who purchased the gift card.
If the gift card was originally purchased using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
Please note that the delivery fee paid for a physical gift card is not eligible for a refund.
Depending on your location and the banks involved, the time frame for receiving refunds may vary. Additionally, the wire transfer may be paid in the currency used for the original purchase, and your bank may charge a wire fee.
