A Christmas gift every employee chooses, delivered on the morning you pick
One company-wide Christmas campaign: you send us the list, the value and your message. Each person gets their own gift by email on the day and hour you choose, picks a dinner, a weekend, a class or a product they actually want, and a concierge arranges it. No hampers in the post, no December shipping, nothing that expires in January.

Why the usual Christmas gift lands badly
It arrives late, or not at all. Hampers and branded boxes ship in the busiest fortnight of the year. Remote and overseas colleagues get theirs in January, if customs lets it through.
It is the same thing for everyone. A bottle for the person who does not drink, a hamper for the person who is away, a desk gift for the person who works from home. The thought is there; the fit is not.
It can be taxed. In the UK a gift is a trivial benefit, free of tax and National Insurance, only when it costs £50 or less to provide, is not cash or a cash voucher and is not a reward for performance. Other countries have their own rules. A Christmas gift that ignores them becomes a payroll job in January.
A Mojo Christmas campaign fixes all three. Every person receives their own gift, chosen by them, delivered by email at the moment you set, with the documentation your payroll needs in every country you employ people.
How a Christmas campaign runs
Three decisions from you. Everything else is ours.
Send the list, the value and your message
Names and email addresses, the gift value per person, and the words you want them to read. Different teams can have different values, and the message can be in each person's language.
We deliver it at the hour you choose
Each person receives their own gift by email, presented individually, on the morning you set: the last day before the break, Christmas Eve, or the first day back. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped.
They choose, a concierge arranges it
A dinner, a weekend away, a course, a product delivered to their door, alone or with up to four people. The recipient never sees the amount, and the gift never expires.
Why companies run Christmas as a Mojo campaign
One invoice, one send, and a gift people talk about in January.
Priced per person, in one block
A campaign is €6,250 for 250 Mojo Moments, and each further 250 is another €6,250. Above 1,000 people we quote. Gift value is funded on top at face value, with no fee, on one consolidated invoice in EUR, GBP or USD.
Everyone, everywhere, the same morning
The office in Manchester, the engineer in Lisbon and the sales team in Singapore all open their gift on the day you chose. One list covers 190 countries.
Documentation for payroll included
Every gift carries its value, occasion and recipient, with the tax documentation your payroll needs in each country, so January holds no surprises.
No waste, no stock, no returns
Nothing is bought until the person chooses it. No cases of unopened hampers, no leftover branded boxes, no replacement shipments for the ones that went missing.
What makes a Mojo gift different from a voucher
A gift card sits in an inbox. A Mojo Moment becomes a story.
The employee decides
A human concierge
No expiry. Ever.

Christmas gifts for employees, answered
How late can we decide?
Later than with anything shipped. Gifts are delivered by email or messaging link, not by carrier, and a send is scheduled to the hour. Book a call, send the list and the message, and the campaign goes out on the day you set. The earlier you book, the more choice you have over the date.
What does a Christmas campaign cost?
A one-off campaign is €6,250 for 250 Mojo Moments, with each further 250 Moments another €6,250 and a quote above 1,000. The gift value itself is funded on top at face value with no fee. You receive one consolidated invoice in EUR, GBP or USD.
Can different teams get different values?
Yes. You can set different gift values for different groups within one campaign, and a different delivery time per group, for example leadership on one morning and everyone else on another.
What can people choose?
Experiences and products in 190 countries: a dinner, a weekend away, a class, a wellness day, or a product delivered to their door, alone or shared with up to four people. The recipient never sees what was spent.
Is a Christmas gift taxable?
It depends on the country and the value. In the UK a gift of £50 or less that is not cash, not a cash voucher and not a reward for performance is a trivial benefit and free of tax. Every Mojo gift comes with the documentation payroll needs; your payroll provider or accountant decides the treatment. This is general information, not tax advice.
What if someone does not like their gift?
Every Mojo Moment carries the Standing Ovation Guarantee: if a recipient does not love their experience, we upgrade and redo it at our cost within 30 days, no conditions. See the guarantee page for the full terms.
