Mojo Gift — Corporate Pricing

You can't budget for recognition when nobody will quote you a price.

Most recognition vendors hide pricing behind a discovery call, then bill per seat, per card, and per integration. Mojo Gift publishes the whole model: a flat annual programme fee, gift funding at face value, and no per-card charges. You can build the business case before you ever speak to us.

The Problem

Recognition budgets fail in procurement, not in HR — because nobody can say what the programme actually costs.

Every recognition business case dies the same way. HR builds the proposal, finance asks what the total annual cost is, and the answer is "it depends on seats, redemption rate, and fulfilment." The programme never reaches the budget line, because a number that cannot be stated cannot be approved. Opaque pricing is not a commercial tactic — it is the single most common reason recognition programmes stall before launch.

Companies budget for recognition in three distinct ways, and a pricing model has to serve all three without forcing separate vendor relationships: departmental spot awards that happen weekly, company-wide programmes tied to milestones or holidays, and high-value executive or long-service recognition. Per-seat SaaS pricing serves none of them well — you pay for 2,000 employees every month whether you recognised four people or four hundred.

The hidden costs are worse than the visible ones. Per-seat recognition platforms charge $3–$15 per employee per month before a single gift is funded, which is $36,000–$180,000 a year for a 1,000-person company purely for software. Branded swag carries design, inventory, storage, shipping, and disposal costs that never appear on the unit price. Retail gift cards look cheap at face value and then quietly expire, handing the balance back to the issuer instead of your employee.

Mojo Gift's pricing is deliberately boring: a flat annual programme fee that covers the platform, the human concierge, the branded redemption site, and account management — plus gift funding at face value, with no per-card fee on top. Because gift cards never expire, none of your funding is ever written off at fiscal year-end. Finance can model the programme from published numbers, and the model does not change based on how many people redeemed.

The figures on this page are the same figures published on the programme page. There is no separate enterprise rate card, no negotiated discount you have to ask for, and no per-integration charge. If your rollout genuinely does not fit a published plan — multi-entity groups, campaigns above 1,000 recipients — that moves to Custom, and we scope it with you rather than quoting a number we would have to revise later.

How corporate pricing actually works

One annual programme fee, gift funding at face value, and invoicing that fits how your finance team already pays vendors.

01

Choose the programme shape, not a seat count

Team is $2,880/year for up to 20 employees. Scale is $12,000/year for up to 100 employees and adds a named account manager, quarterly business reviews, and HRIS roster sync. If you need one company-wide moment rather than an ongoing programme, the Mojo Moments Campaign is a $9,000 one-off covering 250 recipients. Multi-entity rollouts and campaigns above 1,000 recipients move to Custom.

02

Fund the gifts at face value

Card values run from $100 to $1,000 on Team and $100 to $10,000 on Scale, and you can mix values freely within one programme — $150 for a project completion, $1,000 for a ten-year anniversary. You fund the face value and nothing else. There is no per-card fee, no activation charge, and no margin added at redemption.

03

Invoice the way your procurement already works

Annual invoice against a purchase order, or split billing by cost centre, region, or legal entity so each business unit sees its own allocation. Corporate gifting at Mojo Gift is paid offline by invoice or bank transfer — there is no card-on-file requirement and no online checkout to route around your procurement process.

What transparent pricing removes from your budget

The costs that make recognition programmes cost more than the recognition.

No software licence stacked on gift spend

The annual programme fee covers the platform, the concierge, and the branded site — and gift funding is invoiced separately at face value. You are not paying a recognition-software subscription on top of what you spend on the actual gifts, which is how per-seat platforms end up costing more in licence than in recognition.

No expiry write-offs

Mojo Gift cards never expire. Nothing is clawed back at fiscal year-end, nobody is pressured to redeem before a deadline, and finance never has to account for the gap between funding issued and funding used. Every dollar you commit reaches the employee it was meant for.

No admin overhead priced in later

The human concierge handles sourcing, booking, vendor payment, and recipient support. There is no recognition coordinator to hire, no vendor relationships to build per market, and no HR hours quietly absorbed into the true cost of the programme.

No shipping, storage, or disposal

Delivery is digital, so there is no warehousing, no inventory to write down, no customs charges, and no unsold stock to dispose of at the end of a campaign. The unit cost you approve is the unit cost you pay.

What makes Mojo Gift different from every other corporate gifting platform

Six capabilities no other recognition product can match — built in, not bolted on.

The receiver decides everything

Not a catalogue. Not a store. Their experience, their moment, their people, their place.
No other platform does this

Alone, or with up to 4 people

The receiver chooses who shares the moment — solo, partner, friends, family. No competitor accounts for this.

Any product, delivered to their door

Not just experiences. The camera they always wanted. The shoes. The kitchen gadget. Delivered anywhere in the world.
No competitor offers this

No expiry. Ever.

Not 12 months. Not 24. Never. Every competitor counts on unused balances. We don't make money from gifts nobody used.
Industry-first

Price never shown to the recipient

They never see what was spent. They see only their freedom. Recognition keeps its dignity — never reduced to a number.

190 countries. The world is the catalogue.

The questions finance teams ask first

What does a Mojo Gift corporate programme cost?

Two ongoing plans and one campaign option. Team is $2,880/year for up to 20 employees, equivalent to $12 per employee per month. Scale is $12,000/year for up to 100 employees, equivalent to $10 per employee per month. A one-off Mojo Moments Campaign is $9,000 for 250 recipients. Gift funding is separate and always at face value. Multi-entity rollouts and campaigns above 1,000 recipients are quoted as Custom.

Is there a per-card fee or a service percentage on top of the gift value?

No. Gift funding is at face value. If you fund a $500 card, you are invoiced $500 for that card. There is no per-card fee, no activation fee, and no percentage added at redemption. The annual programme fee is the only platform cost.

What's included in the programme fee?

The branded redemption site, the human concierge who handles every booking and every recipient question, personalised scheduled gift emails, free reissue if anything goes wrong, account management with redemption reporting, and the memories platform. Scale adds a named account manager, quarterly business reviews, and HRIS roster sync. Branded landing page setup is included — there is no implementation charge.

Can we mix card values within one programme?

Yes, and most companies do. Card values run from $100 to $1,000 on Team and $100 to $10,000 on Scale. A single programme can run $150 cards for project completions, $300 for annual performance awards, and $2,500 for ten-year service anniversaries — one relationship, one invoice, no separate vendor per tier.

What happens to gift funding that is never redeemed?

Nothing is lost, because Mojo Gift cards never expire. There is no deadline, no breakage, and no point at which an unredeemed balance returns to us. That is a deliberate commercial choice: platforms that profit from unused balances have an incentive to make redemption hard, and we would rather not have that incentive.

How do you handle currency for global teams?

Your programme is priced and invoiced in a single currency. Recipients in 190 countries see locally relevant options and redeem in their own language, and the concierge handles local vendor sourcing and payment behind the scenes. You are not managing forex exposure, reconciling invoices in six currencies, or holding region-specific vendor contracts.

How do we pay — is there an online checkout?

Corporate orders are paid offline. We invoice against a purchase order or arrange bank transfer directly with your finance team, and orders move through an approval workflow before any gift cards are generated. There is deliberately no card-on-file checkout in the corporate flow, because it would route around the procurement controls most of our customers are required to follow.

Can we start with a pilot before committing to a full rollout?

Yes. A pilot on the Team plan across one department gives you activation rates, redemption patterns, and recipient feedback on the full product — the same concierge, the same branded site, the same catalogue. Most pilots run 60–90 days, which is long enough for gifts to be redeemed and the experience to actually happen before you evaluate.

The only employee recognition platform where the receiver decides everything — their experience, their moment, their people, their place — in 190 countries, with no expiry, ever.
