Mojo Gift provides digital and physical gift experiences for consumers and businesses. Our platform allows for the purchase and redemption of gift boxes via independent partner providers. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

Account Creation

You may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may include applicable taxes. We accept secure payments via third-party processors. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Digital gifts are delivered via email or your account. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Mojo Gift is not responsible for third-party delivery delays.

Redeeming a Gift

Each gift includes a unique code redeemable on www.mymojogift.com. Redemption is subject to the availability and terms of the individual experience providers. Mojo Gift is not responsible for booking availability or provider performance.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it has not been activated or redeemed. To cancel, contact orders@mojo-gift.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. After a gift is activated, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts and offers may be time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to additional terms. Misuse may result in suspension of access or cancellation of orders.

Acceptable Use

When using our Sites, you agree not to misuse or disrupt the service or engage in unlawful behavior, including transmitting viruses, scraping content, or attempting unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
