These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, gift card purchasers, and gift card recipients who interact with the Mojo Gift platform.
Mojo Gift is a digital gifting platform based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We specialise in premium digital gift cards redeemable for experiences, travel, products, and tailor-made requests across 190+ countries worldwide.
Our mission is to make gifting effortless and memorable — allowing senders to give something truly personal, and recipients to choose exactly what they want, wherever they are in the world.
You may purchase Mojo Gift cards as a guest without creating an account, or you may register for a Mojo Gift account to access additional features such as order history and saved preferences.

All prices displayed on mojo-gift.com are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. The final price at checkout reflects the total amount you will be charged.

All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Mojo Gift does not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any point.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged — we will never alter a price after you have completed a transaction.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the gift card has not been redeemed or accessed. Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for withdrawal.
To request a refund under your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@mojo-gift.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your request.
All content on mojo-gift.com — including but not limited to the Mojo Gift brand name, logo, website design, gift card artwork, photography, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Mojo Gift and is protected under Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Mojo Gift content without our prior written permission. You may share links to mojo-gift.com for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, Mojo Gift’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any gift card shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant gift card that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Mojo Gift shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and to benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you by email (if you have an account with us) or by posting a prominent notice on our website in advance of the changes taking effect. Your continued use of Mojo Gift after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
