How long does delivery take?

Can a recipient upgrade their experience?

Yes. If a recipient falls in love with an experience that exceeds their card’s value, our concierge can facilitate a simple top-up to ensure they get exactly what they want.

What happens if the concierge cannot book a specific date?

Our concierge team works proactively to find alternatives or waitlist the recipient. If a date is impossible, the credit remains in the recipient’s account with no expiry, ready for their next choice.
